It was my own struggle with the loss of health and wellbeing that brought me to explore something other than modern medicine.
I struggled with depression after my daughter was born and then again a few years after when I severely injured my shoulder. I had a torn rotator cuff, bulging disks in my neck, and nerve damage that went from my shoulder blade all the way into my hand. And then a year later I fell, and I injured my knee and ankle.
I was really frustrated with modern medicine. I realized that I had to find other forms of treatments to get me back to being myself. I was in the Salt Cave and met an amazing woman who was a Reiki Master, which led me to try Tuning Fork Sound Therapy with her. I fell in love with the Tuning Fork Therapy.
Soon after the session, I started feeling “normal” again and booked a regular Reiki session. I started to realize that Reiki was all I could think of. After another Reiki treatment in September 2018, I walked out of the building and said out loud, “Why doesn’t everyone feel like this all the time!”
So in November 2018, I gave myself the best birthday present ever - Reiki Practitioner Certification - Level 1 and 2. Turns out I needed that downward spiral to find my True Path.
I am now a Reiki Master Practitioner, and a Biorgonomy Energy Healer. In addition, I utilize other modalities to support and empower my clients in achieving optimal wellness.

Reiki Sessions
At the root of Reiki is the concept — once known in Western medicine up through the Middle Ages and still seen today in Eastern medicine — “that disease is caused by imbalances of vital energy in the body and that correcting these imbalances promotes healing," according to UMN's Center for Spirituality & Healing.
Reiki (pronounced ‘RAY-key’) is a Japanese word meaning universal life energy, (literal Japanese translation of Rei=universal, Ki=energy). It is a non-intrusive method of hands-on healing that taps into the energy of the universe referred to by philosophers and martial artists as ki in Japan, Chi in China and Prana in India, and modern science refers to it as biofield energy. The practice of Reiki is based on the teachings of a Japanese man, Mikao Usui, who taught and practiced Reiki in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century.
It is believed that a person’s “Ki” or energy should be strong and free-flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind are in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. When your life energy is low, it is more difficult to deal with stress; you may not sleep well, and you’re more susceptible to illness. When your life energy is strong, you feel strong, can more easily deal with stress, and are less likely to get sick.
Reiki sessions vary from 30 minutes to a Full Hour, and clients have the mobility choices of sitting in a chair or laying on a massage table.

Peter Hess® Sound Massage with Singing Bowls
Sound massage with singing bowls is a sound therapy where singing bowls are placed on the dressed body or into the health aura and tapped gently with a felt mallet. The calming harmonizing sounds as well as the gentle vibrations of the singing bowls induce a feeling of well-being and a very effective deep relaxation ("sound-based relaxation"). With people in good health sound massage will support the development of their inner harmony and provide them with energy and strength for their daily tasks. Creativity and productive energy will receive new impulses. With physical, mental and psychological issues, sound massage will help to bring relief from pain and problems that cause daily stress, worries, and anxiety.
Other Sound Therapy Sessions offered: Massage and Reflexology, Chakra Re-Balancing, Mind Detox Therapy, Full Body Cellular Toxins Cleanse and Sound Baths (group sizes can vary from 2-4 private sessions, or large group or corporate events). Sessions vary from 30 to 90 minutes.
Theta Healing
ThetaHealing is a simple yet incredibly effective step-by-step system that allows you to get back into the driver’s seat of your life, open your mind to all the incredible possibilities that you can create, and step up into your true soul’s potential in this lifetime. The ThetaHealing® system’s success is based on the principle that our mind, body, soul, and environment are intrinsically connected. Theta healing looks for the causes of blockages to a person’s natural functioning, such as their belief systems, genetic defects, repressed emotions, fears, and traumas. These blockages limit the flow of infinite spiritual energy. People often think that the path in front of them is too difficult and, when they start to achieve what they want, obstacles will arise that often seem insurmountable. Theta healing allows a person to identify those obstacles or blocks, and connect to the highest source in order to release the subconscious core beliefs and blocks.
Biorgonomy Treatments
Bio-what? Biorgonomy can change your life. This therapy is relatively new to Canada and people have been discovering how quickly it works. Biorgonomy reveals how and when a disease is initiated or began, and this lets us deal with a deeper meaning of our illnesses. Illness can be seen simply as a message from your body to you that says, wait a minute something is wrong. If you are not listening to your whole self, you are ignoring something very important.
A Biorgonomy treatment can diagnose infections, tensions, injuries, illness and pain. It can also see emotional and mental blockages or situations, fears and more that are usually the underlying cause of dis-ease and pain with our physical body. A return to health requires much more personal work and change than simply taking pills prescribed by a doctor. Without personal change, you will eventually create another problem to lead you back to the source that caused the disease in the first place. The source is the key.
The treatment is carried out without any physical contact between myself and the patient.
