All my life I knew my life’s purpose was to provide support and healing to help others, but it wasn’t until my early twenties that I understood just how I would be doing this!

After struggling most of my life with depression, anxiety, and OCD, I was becoming frustrated that talk therapy and medication wasn’t having the impact I was hoping for. This frustration led me to explore more holistic and alternative therapies and, following a transformational meeting with a psychic medium, I discovered my path in life!

In my early twenties I learned that I was an Empath and had intuitive, psychic, and mediumship abilities which played a key role as I began my own personal healing journey. Here, I sought out various holistic/alternative healing modalities that sparked my spiritual awakening. Reiki was one of the first therapies I tried and it was so healing for me that only months after my first Reiki treatment I became a certified Reiki practitioner! Throughout my journey I have gained valuable tools and resources that I share with my clients to guide them on their own path.

As an Empath, I have always been drawn to helping those around me. I could feel the weight of the stress, anxieties, and sadness in the world and, as someone who had been in dark places myself, I never wanted anyone to have to experience that pain. Throughout my life it has been my passion to increase awareness around mental health, to provide support and to create space for healing. It is my mission to provide a supportive space for my clients to grow, heal, transform, and become empowered to create the life they desire!
