Dancing with the Dreamer

I am working on the dance. Trying to get my head around how we create our lives but also we are partners with the Universe. It is a dance and sometimes we lead and sometimes we follow. Sometimes we are the dreamer and sometimes we are the dream.

We know that we are all interconnected and there are times when we are making decisions, choices that will cause our lives to be focused in a certain direction and then times when we are the message for someone else. I think that by listening to our intuition we can make sure that we are dancing correctly and not “stepping on our partners toes” so to speak.

I think that life is not just about the decisions we make but also about our ability to hear the messages form others. We never know what way, shape or form those messages will take but we need to be awake to them when they arrive.

It reminds me of the story of the drowning man who felt that if he put his faith in God then he would be saved.

He was drowning in the ocean and a fishing boat tried to save him and the man said no I place my faith in God and God will save me. Another ship came upon him and attempted to help him and again he stated the same thing. A helicopter came along and tried to rescue the man and no the man said God will save me.

Well finally the man did drown and went to heaven and he asked God why he drowned when he had placed his faith in God. God said, “But I sent you 2 ships and a helicopter.”

We need to listen to those messages. We need to learn when we lead and when we follow. By allowing our hear, our intuition, our positive emotions to lead us we are sure to learn when to turn, when to dip and when to twirl.
